Why: TDS less than trad espresso but more than Nespresso How: Wet puck with very soft pressure. Total 10 second soak time. Then Yeet till done. Ratio 1:3-? Temp ? Pressure: 1 bar Grind: Courser than you think The beta version has the modifications Lance made in his unfiltered. Temp is 86, third phase “soak” is removed, second phase is shortened to 2 seconds and final phase is set to 8 m/s. This is experimental. Please make suggestions for improvement. This is your profile?
