Balanced flow profile for all bean types and grind sizes. Consistent flow throughout, with only maximum pressure and two small stop parameters controlling the phases. Less complex than Automatic Pro because only one flow value is used apart from the first filling, hence the name Pure Flow. Works with and without scales.
