Only works with a current GaggiMate NIGHTLY version! Simple 7 bar lever profile without a blooming phase that automatically adjusts the ramp based on the dose out. Scale required. The profile tends to emphasize nutty notes, making it well suited for darker roasts. It doesn’t produce the same sweetness and depth of flavor as lever profiles with a blooming phase, but it allows beans that provide less resistance (e.g. older beans or some supermarket beans) to be extracted more easily.
