Community espresso profile
7 Under
Simple 7 bar lever profile without a blooming phase. The profile tends to emphasize nutty notes, making it well suited for darker roasts. It doesn’t produce the same sweetness and depth of flavor as lever profiles with a blooming phase, but it allows beans that provide less resistance (e.g. older beans or some supermarket beans) to be extracted more easily.
